Vendor Pricing Vendor space, $40 for single, $75 for double,
Checks or Money Orders are made out to SJPAG and mailed to: SJPAG 10 Webster Ave, Stratford NJ 08084 Please read the following in its entirety and agree via email. Reservations for exhibit space at a show(s) will be held only upon receipt of non-refundable payment. Verbal space reservations will be held for 48 hours while the contract is returned. In the case of inclimate weather, we will have another date issued.
Start times for the show are specified on each contract. Exhibitors must be set up entirely before the beginning of the show. Exhibitors may not break down their displays while the show is going on.
Vendor shall not vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the Event without the Host's written consent. Vendor's staff may announce the availability of the goods to be vended only while they are within the confines of the vendor's location. Vendor's staff shall be clothed and groomed in a clean, neat fashion and shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. No loud music, noise, candles, scents or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor's staff at the location. Host will provide an ambient scent for the event. Vendor shall have access to the location for up to one half hour after the Event's conclusion at 4 pm to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by Vendor. Vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and substantially in the condition it was before Vendor occupied it. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor's presence at the Event and Vendor's activities of any kind. In case of bad weather (state of emergency) , we will reschedule and use the alternate date to be provided prior to event. .
